SR Suntour's Durolux fork gets a complete makeover for 2016. Highlights include externally adjustable high and low-speed compression, as well as high and low-speed rebound (yeah, high-speed rebound). The damper will also make its way into the RUX downhill fork.
Additional features include a much better air volume spacer system, larger stanchion diameter, integrated mud guard, and 20mm QLC2 axle. Travel options include 160, 170, and 180mm for 27.5-inch wheels.
The best part? The R2C2 model will retail for just $800, making it a formidable contender in the all-mountain/enduro segment. Availability is late 2015 for the R2C2 RUX and Durolux, though the $700 RC2 Durolux model is available now. Stay tuned for an upcoming Vital review.
