FUNN came out swinging with a selection of interesting new components for 2016. First up, the Black Magic pedal, a flat pedal featuring a thermoplastic body made from recycled PET bottles and metallic pins. The pins and side caps can be customized to match the colors of your build. The Black Magic spins on one bushing and one bearing per side, and the pair weighs in at 360 grams. At a price of only $55 USD, we'll be putting a pair to the test to see how they will perform on the trail. The Black Magic will be available in Jan/Feb 2016.
The platform measures in at 103*98-mm, and is 17-mm tall.
FUNN gets on the wide-range 1x transmission train with a series of range extender sprockets and narrow-wide chainrings, available in several different happy colors.
FUNN is taking its headset series modular, allowing you to mix bottoms and tops freely, to match any frame headtube configuration.
The new, super-short 35-mm Funnduro stem is CNCed from a solid block of aluminum, and is available in the 31.8 or 35-mm clamp sizes. It weighs in between 110-148 grams, and retails for $69.
