Eurobike 2015
A flat pedal with float? As far as we know, FUNN's proto is the first of its kind. The pedal offers up to 16-degrees of float in either direction, via a pivot placed in the middle of the pedal and 2 springs that control the movement.
The amount of float and the force required to twist the pedal can be controlled via preload bolts on either side.
A parking lot test revealed a somewhat strange sensation, but who knows what it might translate to on the trail. We'll have to wait a bit to find out, there was no word as to the availability date or the price of the eventual final product.
