Hope has come up with a rad new color for 2016: orange ano! To show you just how cool all the bits and pieces are in this new color, they built up this sexy Santa Cruz Nomad to flaunt the goods in one single place. Drool on!

The "extra long term" cassette project is nearing completion!  It now uses a one piece, hardened stainless steel cluster for the smaller 7 speed block, which is also used on the short DH cassette. The larger 3 or 4 sprockets (depending whether it’s 10 or 11 speed) are again machined from a solid billet, but this time aluminium. Ratios available are 10-40 on 10 speed and 10-40 or 10-44 on 11 speed, all keeping within the magic 20% ratio change between gears. The weights are as follows:

10-40 10 speed – 250g
10-40 11 speed – 273g
10-44 11 speed – 284g

Ohlins goodies on suspension duty - note the straight orientation of the piggy back as opposed to the standard version. Also note the Ohlins cartridge in the Pike...

New design on the discs.

Hope is bringing more and more carbon manufacturing capabilities into its UK-based factory. After the seatpost completed earlier this year, the carbon handlebar is now nearing completion. Carbon rims will follow too...
