Eurobike 2015
Continental has a new version of its Baron park/enduro tire. First of all, after watching riders make fenders out of their packaging for years, Conti finally decided to just make that into a feature full stop. We salute this awesome idea!
The new 2.4 Baron features smaller blocks that are spaced further apart, to promote better mud-shedding and improve grip. It also features Continental's "APEX" sidewall protection, an extra layer of rubber that protects against tears and pinch flats. The tires feature Conti's "Black Chili" compound, are tubeless ready and come in 26″, 27.5″ and 29″ sizes. They weigh in at 985-grams in 27.5 and should retail for 79.99 EUR.
