Made immediately known by a Richie Rude Instagram post, OneUp's clever new EDC tool will be available this May. It stores essential tools inside the steerer tube, replacing the typical star nut and top cap in the process. The unit is sealed at the top with an o-ring to keep tools dry and features a small storage container or room for a C02 cartridge.
Tools include a tire lever, chain breaker, multi-tool, and quick-link holder. The multi-tool has a new tool designed to help you take quick-links apart.
OneUp also showed us a version of the EDC unit that is stored inside a reconfigured tire pump. The pump itself has a head that can supplement your pumping efforts with C02 cartridges.
