Following the launch of its Crossmax XL Wheel Tire System earlier this year, Mavic is now introducing the Crossroc XL WTS. Intended for the same riding program as the Crossmax XL, the Crossroc XL WTS features a sturdy wheel and a versatile tire. The rim is a 21mm internal width alloy rim that inherits many of the features of the Crossmax XL. The wheels weigh in at 1885 grams for the pair, while the complete wheel tire system tips the scales at 3350 grams with the Crossroc Quest tires (all weights provided for the 27.5" version). The wheel tire system is UST Ready.
The Crossroc Quest tire employs the same tread design as the Crossmax Quest tire, but with harder rubber to favor longevity over the more performance-oriented Crossmax Quest. The Crossroc Quest is a 2.4 tire with Guard Puncture Protection.
