There's a very good chance DVO's Diamond Enduro fork will look just like this for production, hard black anodized stanchions and all. They're currently testing various stanchion coatings including one with Teflon. Availability is slated for the end of 2014. We had the opportunity to ride the fork in Whistler recently, so stay tuned for an in-depth review of how it performs and what makes it awesome.
