The new Formula Selva fork features 35mm stanchions and widened lowers to accommodate the new Boost axle standard. The Selva will be offered in both 15mm and 20mm axle versions. Formula focused on the lowers on this fork with an aim to strike a good balance between rigidity and flex to create a ride that is both comfortable and precise. The lowers feature a slight bulge on the outside which is hexagonally shaped and helps to increase the stiffness. The fork will be offered in 120mm to 180mm travel versions. The air spring features a floating head design which ensures consistent sealing and performance while the fork is under load. Formula uses oil to adjust the progression of the air spring, which is a simple addition after removing the top cap. They also use a coil negative spring which can be tuned as needed for very light and very heavy riders.
