FUNN is one of the few brands making a dropper post with a 27.2mm diameter. While they only currently offer the 27.2mm post with 100mm of travel, when we asked if they’re limiting the post to that length they’re reply was, "it’s only available in 100mm for now." We’ll have to wait and see if it’ll come in longer lengths sometime in the future, though strength may be an issue in the smaller diameter. If you currently have a bike that specs a 30.9mm or 31.6mm post, the UpDown dropper is available in 125mm travel. Regardless of the diameter, the UpDown features a one-piece forged head and inner tube structure, a cartridge design for easy maintenance and is available in both external cable and Stealth configurations.
