The CB Mallet E LS pedals are the same as the regular Mallet E pedals but feature a longer spindle for increased crank clearance and stability on the bike. Crankbrothers Pro riders who were using the Mallet DH pedal requested this longer spindle. Retail price is $165.
If weight is a concern, the new Crankbrothers Mallet E 11 pedals may be for you. These clipless pedals feature a similar design to the traditional Mallet E but use titanium wings, a double chamfer on the body, and a double anodized process that creates the black and gold color pictured below. Weight is 385g per pair and they retail for $350. They'll drop in October.
