Regarding the pedal vs. tuck speed and signaling to the rider... What part of it is illegal? Any signalization? Either a light or a speed chime?
For any followers of JDM culture, I'm sure you'll be aware of this gem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5TLwn1BGscs
But yeah, tucking vs. pedaling most definitely works and saves your legs a bit.

I think that's a Zipp decal we can partially see on the rim in this pic—maybe a new lightweight XC oriented wheel? Of course, with those thin stays and no visible chainslap protection, this is probably a gravel rig, so maybe a Zipp sticker doesn't hint at anything new at all.

looking at the angle of the seat-stay and lack of anything like a pivot, that's most likely a Zipp 303s on a 1X gravel/cxc bike
Don't look for the new Eagle release in the next week or so, there's a bit more time.
Wouldn't it be amazing if we got the best of both worlds? The precise, quick shifting of the AXS if you want, as well as the option of using a cable. One product for everyone.

The screenshot is of a gravel bike using an eagle cassette and mech. that’s the new eagle axs groupset…. Not a prototype… that’s the finished thing.
also noticed that have just become a member to the forum today and this is your first post on the forum. Welcome! What’s it like working for such a big component brand? 🥸

Especially when the stated goal and result of the product is to independently tune high speed and low speed with our affecting each other. I’ll trust the actual engineer, not the “forum scientists.”

Thanks! Long time lurker, first time poster. It's nice to be here...
However I need something to make Shimano integrated shifters work with an existing Shimano 1x12 MTB groupset. So far I haven't found anything that isn't a hack job. I don't think there's one of those little cable pull ratio adjusters for such a setup yet.
Is it just me getting jaded or is 6 grand for what is more or less a one-off frame and a bit out there feature wise not THAT outlandish? Haven't we seen less for more?

It's very much outlandish, hahaha. But it is Australian made and they've put tons of hours into developing it, so I understand the costs involved.
It's just a dressed up single pivot that can accept a gearbox; which no reasonable person will ever want. So yeah its pretty outlandish. Give me a complete meta that does the same job.
Geezus, you guys are killing me. First the WAN show crossing into the 3 and then 4 hour territory, now Vital... -_-
There goes my evening.
DONE!

Thanks sspomer! Make it 4-5 hours if you want, the longer the better
First port of call, sold out.

Gravel bikes use 12 speed Eagle?
Mine does! It's a pretty popular setup, also confusingly called a "mullet drivetrain": https://www.sram.com/en/life/stories/the-SRAM-AXS-mullet-build
With all the talk of AXS only for new direct mount, interesting that the 2021 patent drawing shows a cable.

It annoys me a bit that the only way to get a 10-5x cassette onto a drop bar bike and have it properly integrated with the controls is SRAM AXS.
Check out ratio technology
I guess this new rear derailleur fits only with UDH system?
Probably yes, but there are a ton of bikes with Sram UHD https://bikefinder.sram.com/universal-derailleur-hanger-bikes
On the pink site yesterday there was a pix of a strange looking Norco Sight. Whats going on with this?
Is this old news and I'm now just catching on?

Old news, yes.

Pre Order available for the Trinity frame.
Wow hefty price for frame only
6 grand? damn
That frame better last as much as a dirtbike
Thanks, I wasn't aware of Ratio.

a) It's a DH bike, not an enduro.
b) It's a high pivot horst link.
