Listening to Vali Hoell's interview on Downtime Podcast, it sounds like SRAM has been using all of that two years to work on the performance of the new Boxxer.

5dev offered proper customer support. Of course the guy complained about the failure as most would but the offering from 5dev was more than adequate

That's because for every set of 5dev crap on the market their are probably 10,000 SRAM carbon cranks.

Definitely looks like a new Stumpy Evo with the rear axle flip chip and Lyrik.

Looks like a photoshop job to me.  The linkages don't make sense at all.  That's a Fox fender on a RS fork.  The really slack seat angle looks like it was from 1-2 generations back.

From an Instagram account that is run by a guy that has fun rendering wild bikes. Render is not from Specialized.

With it just being red DVO, I’d be super interested in how this relationship works. DVO hand over all their RnD and contract suntour to build it for WP for a boat load of cash so DVO can further develop their new 2024 stuff we have seen floating round?

My guess would be that the suntour made fork & shock body were the cheapest/easiest to source and that the internals are a completely custom affair. I’m not positive but I think ohlins used to do something similar until they invested in making their own lowers/uppers for their forks

As far as I know Ohlins collaborated with Cane Creek for the double barrel. How the relationship worked I have no idea, but you could get an Ohlins "double barrel" in silver for formula student (as revalved  DHX shocks were common in formula student at the time).

I'd be surprised if this is any more than a rebranding exercise, new internals are expensive and would make servicing more cumbersome. It does look a bit different to DVOs current offering though...

Just a Photoshop job lol. They combined the Stumpy Evo and Enduro and it's not bad looking at a glance, but that linkage would be impossible without a tiny shock stroke and you can see where they tried to 'erase' the vertical dogbone link from the Enduro.

A 2023 carbon frame with cable ports? Definitely fake.

The twin tube damper design that Cane Creek calls "double barrel" is leased from Öhlins. They own the patents and lease this design out to a few suspension companies actually.

Word on the street is Hayes has a new 220mm rotor

Which street is that? Hayes have stated the Gamux Racing team were testing some prototype 220mm D-rotors LAST YEAR, it was even covered in some PIT BITS here on Vital, and since then - nothing!

The lockout/adjustment lever is relocated to the side. An odd move for a rebranding but then again, but maybe not that hard to relocate like that?

Looks like Loris is running the same MRP lower as on the Yeti proto. Perhaps this is more than a one-off?

It's s mrp lower guide for high/mid pivot bikes. It should reduce a good bit lower chain line growth.

That WP suspension looks the same as the new DVO stuff just with different adjusters. https://www.pinkbike.com/news/dvo-compression-upgrade-kit-garnet-dropper-post-taipei-cycle-show-2023.html
