Entirely new for 2015 is the more affordable $30 GA2 Ergon grip. It has a rougher texture for added traction, as well as varied wall thickness with increased damping on the edges.
The grip is secured to the bar using a low-profile inboard aluminum locking clamp.
There's no bar plug, but instead the grips are capped at the end with a small portion of the harder inner sleeve sticking out for bar protection and added durability.
