The sub 4-pound air-sprung RST Rogue is internally adjustable to 130, 140, and 150mm of travel. It has 34mm stanchions and a 15mm axle. The lowers are also magnesium with post-type brake mounts. This one's 27.5 only for now, and will run $550.
