Looks like Crank Brothers has made a new Highline dropper found on Valentino Rossi's E-MTB brand what looks like a 11 model, like most Crank Brothers parts the 11 model reffers to the brands most high end offering. This dropper post features a carbon stanchion & Titanium hardware. Claimed weight according to the Rossi's brand on the VR46 bike for a 170mm of drop with a 31,6mm diameter is 490 grams.

Have you literally copied and pasted this from pinkbike 🤣
Okay, innovation...I took the 2020 Fox 34c off of my bike (for service) and put on a 2022 Fox 34 SC...they can NOT possibly be the same line. The new one is a drastic improvement over the last....seriously, if I were a mountain biker I would be able to maybe explain...wow...(plus, from the box lighter with uncut steerer than the 2020 cut...)
I need to do some research on this fork I bought....

Pretty sure this thread is for discussing upcoming innovations, not past ones
There's a mystery bike (currently under embargo) in the other site's new field test...sure looks like a Giant. **edit: non-Factory Live Valve forks are (at least currently) exclusive to Giant, so that's pretty much confirmed** My guess is it's a new Trance, maybe under embargo for an upcoming refresh of Live Valve? Can't quite tell from this far out but it might be based on GRIP2 instead of FIT4?
My first thought of that bike was an Ibis, maybe a non-American made Exie? It has similar swooped lines with a mostly straight seat tube and big down tube

Im thinking it will be a new Anthem X based bike. Most likely a Liv. Giant does not currently have a "Downcountry" bike in their line up. The closest thing to it is the Trance with 130/130 and very outdated geometry.

Probably update to giant trance 29. Which is 115mm rear travel.
Were the carbon models taken down from the Mount7 site?
The links didn't work for me. On the other hand, the 'other' site just published two separate articles about the 2022 Trance, so I guess the embargo must be over. Maybe the links will start working again.
Probably not enough room left between the Spectral and Torque for a new Strive?
I think there is, Spectral is 150mm, and torque 170 or 175? So there is room for a 160mm enduro charger, I'd expect them to use the shapshifter to differentiate the more trail orientation spectral and "freeride/park" torque from the enduro strive

i read somewhere no more shapeshifter and horizontal shock like on the spectral and torque.
I need to do some research on this fork I bought....
Also would it be Trance when it’s with the Down county bikes?
