​Portal Bikes is doing some incredible things. The company's mission statement is: "We turn bicycles into businesses by creating pathways out of poverty." The bike shown here can be used to power any number of rotary machines, including a washing machine, a coffee grinder, a corn sheller, a cement mixer, an electric generator and even a lathe. The company is based out of Kathmandu, Nepal and is just trying to further the sport and help people out. By donating just $250, you can buy a bike and help transform a life.
