The new 27.5-inch Diamondback Mason effectively merges the Mission and the Scapegoat into one new bike that sees a redesigned KnuckleBox. By migrating all the suspension components forward in the frame, they’ve increased the travel to 160mm and made room for bigger wheels. The shock is now horizontal instead of vertical. It also features single sided hardware, some internal housing, and ISCG tabs.
The Mission 27.5 will be available at $6500, $3300, and $2800 price points.
