Looking at the top 22 teams in points from January, all the way down to Gwin racing, we've seen or have pretty legit rumours of "Here is our team that plans to be at all the WC races this year" from everyone but Gwin and Forbidden.
Are we about to have a few, oh shit math is hard moments?

I was wondering where Hrastnik was at in all this, she seemed to have slipped under the radar so far and is the only top 10 racer on the ladies side other than Cami that hasn't had an announcement yet. Also hoping Widmann gets scooped up by someone who needs a couple more points.
Going to be honest, I hate it, but the points are making team rumors a bit more fun this year to see how everything fits together as things are announced.
If I was Mondraker I’d be talking with one of them. With Dak’s injury they are going to need points for 2026.

I’d assume people would prefer to be on teams with coaches and nutritionists and multiple line spotters and psychologists. Basically a ton more support. If I were to make a guess, that’s probably why the Jewett brothers went elsewhere. They’re super talented racers but they need coaches and psychologists to go up the results sheet and that doesn’t seem to be an option with PFR.
I don’t know anything about BK as a person. I thought the Jenna thing was wild and something I wouldn’t do but Morganne and Emilie (sp?) have enough pull in their public standing and industry positions that if there was something too sketchy happening they’d be there firsthand to see it and call it out. They both seem strong-headed and well-respected enough that they wouldn’t see any pushback from calling him out.
From the outside it looks like he’s pulling off an awful lot of juggling to make it all work without a lot of extra manpower.
I might have missed it, but did Atherton Racing do a farewell post for Andi Kolb? He was a great addition to their team, and it is a bummer he has moved on. His talents will be missed.
Heard from a little birdie that Forbidden has a couple riders lined up that will be announced soon, not exactly sure who but allegedly it will...

Edit- IMHO It would make sense that at least one of which would probably be female as they're light on that front. Probably one to replace Brook as well.
Interesting to see MS and Intense both on Gates seeing as they just split. Originally I thought that was the reason they split(MS wanting to race a belt/gearbox) but I guess there was something else.

I'd posit that a small-ish brand like Intense just couldn't field the costs associated with running 2 elite level teams.

what is he alleged to have done? No one will even print or say it, I'd assume for fear of legal blowback. I agree it's not...

It seems like nothing at the moment. I'm not a fan of him, but knowing the importance of the mental factor that is needed for this sport... the guy is giving him a couple of balls, and I'm glad he has a team. I thought I saw that team with GT bikes.

“We also have a star rider in freeride world, a massive name”
👀 guess???
Sam Reynolds!
A massive name..? Could only be the UK’s best known freerider… Chris Smith!
Please let it be Brage..

Looks like Intense Factory Racing is going for the Gates purse as well…

Mista Davis is added to it as well. Union lives on

Top 15? I'm trying to think of who is left...

first rider that came to my mind too

I think they would need more than 1 new rider to get them into the top 15. Not many options left.
They have the opportunity to do something very funny by poaching Wallace from Giant.
Great move Valentina congratulations, hope you enjoy the planted felling of the bike using a gear box !!!
Reece is going to pull double duty (and double salary!) riding WC and doing Freeride stuff. So sick.
Just giving a shout out to the moderators here. That guy……

So no TREK at UCI DH in 2025? I thought today was the last day to declare a team?
Any word on Blenki or Wyn ? Hopefully they’ll have a ride for this year !
Roster leaked one page back from the Tennessee Natty entry list:
Ollie Davis
Christian Hauser
Lachie Stevens-McNab
Matt Walker
s/o @TomKcreek
+ Sacha Earnest
I did see that rumor, but I thought today was the last day ,UCI deadline for team registration? I have seen no official announcement from TFR.
Just saw a post from Ami Kenyon, I don’t believe she has a team lined up for 2025. Anyone have any insights? She’d have points wouldn’t she?
Gwin to Forbidden?
David Trummer out of Racing...
I reckon it’s Kade Edwards
