Zink's history of bashing sponsors is well deserved. Company after company failed to hold up their ends of the deals. Felt dropped him when it was too late to get another good ride, Corsair and Evil, had to front his own travelling and etc, Hyper well LOL, and seems like YT dropped a surprise bomb on him.

Just watched Accomplice on Netflix last night and really respected how much time and effort Zink put into making sure that Paul Basagoitia wasn't left feeling alone. Zink taking the time and effort to put that message out on his social media and make a change raised my respect for him even more. Pretty cool...

As a team we want to say thank you to Polygon bikes for their support the past 8 seasons. It has been a wild ride and from a brand or a team perspective we achieved unprecedented results while having a crazy amount of fun.
It was a real pleasure to discover the amazing Indonesian culture, doing unforgettable trips, meeting crazy fans and making a lot of new friends.
So thanks to all the Indonesian people that worked, helped and supported us. We will see you again for sure!
Here are some words from Polygon bikes:
After years of partnership, multiple podium finishes, and a world cup victory, Polygon Bikes and UR Team have decided to go their separate ways. Polygon Bikes would like to thank the UR Team management, athletes, and fans for an unforgettable journey, and we are thrilled for the team's bright journey ahead.
"We are delighted that through our joint effort, Polygon UR Team has cultivated passionate athletes who have challenged the limits of mountain biking. As we embark on our own paths, we are excited for the many more accomplishments that we as well as UR Team will go on to achieve in the future” -William Gozalli, Director of Polygon Bikes.

My guess she wins another wc or two and then goes on and dominates ews. She’d crush the comp and ews schedule and scene seems like a much more enjoyable schedule for a young family.
There was a news article on the slovenian MTB site that they have an intent of having a race in 2023 and 2024 with DH AND XC.
Thomas Lapeyrie has landed himself on the Focus Rider 404 Crew. Pretty Awesome if you ask me.

But actually, I guess we won't see Rachel racing much this year. Maybe Atherton Bikes will launch a custom carbon/titanium balance-bike to celebrate?
