Yeah Cabin, I assumed that too. The requirements of the UCI are not attainable in our small country environment. Thats why BMXNZ & MTBNZ never do C1 events, it's just excessively expensive... around $25K NZD all up if they paid out in full for the CS event.

iXS cup races were 110€ last season and I can't see them reducing the fees, so some races will cost far more than others.
Rego and lift passes combined works out to be $140.
