See the little black link that says "DH" on it? That's a removable links, and there are a few versions of it. Different links position the derailleur in the optimal spot for what type of cassette you're using. If you're using a tightly spaced DH/road cassette, run the DH link. If you're running a larger cassette, run the trail link.
