Kenda will be offering the classic Nexcavator in a new 27.5x2.4-inch size soon. The tire now measures a true 2.4-inches. Available in single ply and DH casings, it'll suit both AM and DH rider needs. Rubber wise you're looking at Sticky and Race Sticky options.
Also fresh off the line is the Honey Badger DH Pro in a new Light Gravity Casing (LGC). The dual compound, folding bead tire uses a 120tpi casing with Kenda's KSCT woven in as a secondary boundary in select locations, allowing the tire to flex as needed. It'll be available mid to late summer. The tire used to be a 60tpi casing with a wire bead and single rubber compound, weighing 1,200-1,400g.
