While it seems like everyone is jumping on the wide range cassette bandwagon, we're happy to see some new ideas being thrown into the mix. E.thirteen's take uses a unique attachment method that allows them to reduce the small cog to just nine teeth. 10 and 11-speed versions with 9-42 teeth will be made.





The small cogs are steel, while the larger cogs are aluminum with a hard ano coating. They hope to land at a more affordable price point than SRAM XX1 and X01. This one should be on track for a Fall 2015 release.
