Bontrager began development on the new Line XXX carbon wheels two years ago. The final product is handmade in Wisconsin and features a tubeless ready profile, 29mm inner width, and Boost compatible DT 240 hubs with 54-tooth engagement. Rims have a small hook to aid in bead retention. They're intended for trail and all-mountain use.
There's an XC version called the Kovee XXX as well, with the same internal width and a shorter profile. This brings weights down to just 375g for a 29-inch rim.
