Fox Racing Rampage DH Full Face Helmet
Great Helmet
The Good
This helmet is definitly awesome for the price range. It has the feeling of being durable and strong without feeling to heavy.
The Bad
The sizes are way to broad. I like all individual sizing from small-XL however this particular helmet is combined with sml/med and then Lrg/XL.
Overall Review
This helmet is a great helmet if your not looking to spend to much, but want the best bang for that price range. It would be great for some amature level downhill racing and freeride, however I wouldn't recomend it for highspeed and impact crashes.

ODI Ruffian V2.1 Lock-On Grips
The Good
Bad to the bone.
Knurling is tackee and creates an 'as one' feeling
Slightly smaller diameter than most.
The Bad
...still can't think of anything.
Overall Review
Well, if your on the fence about some grips, wrap your greasy hands around a pair of these at your local bike shop and you'll fall in love. Buy them and lock'um on, worth the loot. Its all about control in a relationship. Slightly smaller diameter than most, if you prefer a more absorbing, thicker grip then try the Rogue. If you get the white ones, keep'um clean with watered down simple green habitually. what ever you do. ride bikes.

SDG Ti-Fly Saddle
The Good
Featherweight construction with superior Durability
Built in Body Flex
Sleek Design with mininal padding
Stylee color options USA Designed.
The Bad
..hmm.. Embroidery wears off
Overall Review
Very comfortable for all day comfort when properly positioned and body is hardened . Equally, it can be uncomfortable if improperly placed or riding position is more slouched. This is definately a sit bones type of saddle, it a touchdown or fumble. Check and support your local bike shop for one and you'll know right away. Ride Bikes.

Avid BB7 Mechanical Disc Brake
bang for your buck
The Good
the only mechanical disc setup i would run
The Bad
avid levers slay my knuckles that stay on the bar when braking
Overall Review
easy to install and adjust, no bleading, no shims, just a couple bolts, two knobs (pad adj), and cable adjustment. there fairly priced and dont weigh a ton. ive beaten mine up pretty badly but minus a few bent rotors and a few new pads (wich always had good longevity) it still works great. i feel better about this brake then i do most hydro disc sets.

DMR Trail Blade Rigid Fork
forking awesome
The Good
strong, light, inexpensive. who knew you could have all 3 in a bike component
The Bad
..........?
Overall Review
these forks have been the best thing goin for my dj/street/park bike. cant say too much about the 20 or 14 mm versions but the 9mm is perfect for mtb q/r hubs or bmx bolt ons. the design is simple so it stays light but good material keeps it stong and the boys at DMR dont violate your wallet.

Pro-Tec Shovelhead 2 Full Face Helmet
pretty solid
The Good
the weight is low, the vents are all there, it works well
The Bad
wish there were more colors/designs.
Overall Review
looking at some of the funky shapes and odd colors and designs of todays full face market, pro tec is keepin it real. this lid has suited my fancy from day one. i dig the mullet graphic because with some imagination and a few different colored sharpies yours can be as unique as you want it to be, while the black is pretty solid. the pads are easily removed for washing and easily installed to get you back on the bike, and there pretty comfortable a the same time. the shovelhead 2 is everything
