right now i like the looks of the session 8 more than the 88, but everything looks diff in person.

the new bontrager DH tires aren't ready until this fall, so i'm guessing the spec on the bike had to be dialed before then. my 2010 session came with minion DHF's so it seems like a logic choice right now.

weird that trek is running maxxis tires since they just previewed those big earl DH tires. i could have used that guard on my yeti this weekend :-(.
