For consistency among their names, "The One" brakes are now known as the T1 brakes. Improvements for 2013 include better hose routing on the caliper (inside instead out outside), and increased pad roll back (from 0.35 to 0.6mm), which helps ensure the brakes won't rub nearly as often. The roll back improvement spans across Formula's entire 2013 lineup, and is retrofittable to old models if you're interested.
