We are pretty sure this is Aaron's custom home that was built just a few years ago and hit the market this month. This home is pretty incredible inside and out but comes with a $4 million price tag to match the luxury. 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 5.2k sqft, and 10.97 acres.

We know Gwin has become a resident in Montana and Tennessee within the last year or so and maybe the SoCal native is looking to move out of California altogether. Or maybe he's just taking advantage of the current market. It's anyone's guess but holy cow, we don't know if we'd ever leave if we lived in this place.

Or his team budget is a little more than anticipated and he has to liquidate.
Real Estate is always a solid investment for the wealthy, I am thinking that probably cost him about 1.5-2 million to build.
$2 million return on investment in 2-3 years is pretty good if you ask me.
Also: I imagine that having two houses in Montana and Tenn is way more sustainable as he starts a family than one massive house in California. On top of that, his days of million dollar contracts aren't going to last forever (if they even still exists). He needs to be setting himself up for the long term now.
Living in Northwest Arkansas, we get a TON of transplants from the west coast (and Austin) who are blown away by how far their dollars go here in comparison. Of course, the irony is that it feels REALLY expensive here now than it has in the past thanks to all these folks moving here.
Looking at the HOA dues at $75/mo, that seems low. But there may be no clubhouse or amenities nearby.
Isn't Schley done sort of real estate guru ?
