Martin still does run 23Degrees.
I don't think the Commencal21 team is at all related to 23Degrees, Martin is full on with the YT Mob.

I think Angel possibly wanted to try something different.

Seems a little like Zink is upset with YT over their deal ending.. that’s 3 of 4 recent deals ending bitterly for him. I’d be surprised if any mainstream brand would want to touch that.. seems like Hyper is a likely choice.
