With Magura's eLect system, 3D acceleration sensors determine when the shock should be locked out and when it should gobble up bumps. There's also a manual option run via remote control from the handlebars. Weight is just 25 grams more than a standard shock from Magura.

Magura currently has a production version of the eLect fork, so with the addition of this rear shock you can have a bike that locks out automatically when pointed uphill and unlocks when pointed down.

Availability and pricing are unknown at this time.
