The Monarch received a bit of an overhaul recently. First, the open, climb, lockout lever now uses 120 degree stops so it's easier to quickly determine what mode you're in. Frame manufactures now have the option to tune each of the three ranges individually, providing the best possible platforms for each frame they sell. Finally, there's a new RT3 damper in there which has what RockShox is calling "Rapid Recovery." It's designed to provide a more lively feel and to perform better over successive hits. Boobar! Boobar! Boobar!
