Mavic continues to streamline its offerings into distinct product categories, each focused on specific riding styles and disciplines. The Crossmax Pro category is aimed at the aggressive All-Mountain/trail rider or racer, and includes everything from wheels to shoes to hydration packs, helmets and clothes. The Crossmax XL Wheel Tire System becomes the premier offering for this product category in 2016, replacing the Crossmax Enduro WTS which disappears from the catalogue.

The Crossride category proposes a more relaxed look and fit, as well as a less exclusive approach to the wheel tire system. The Crossride helmet is a refresh of the old Notch.

Following the recent trend towards minimalistic storage options for those shorter rides, Mavis now offers the Crossride Belt Pack. Featuring a triangular bottle for improved stability, there's enough room for a spare tube, a mini-tool, and a light snack. The Crossride short offers belt loops that hold the belt pack securely in place and help avoid the pack riding up between the short and the jersey.

The excellent Mavic hydration packs gain a bigger brother - a 25L option in addition to the existing 15L and 8L versions, as well as a new color for 2016.

The Crossride Elite clipless shoe is an evolution of the Alpine shoe, designed for a range of riding conditions and now available in fresh new colors.
