The prototype we saw in New Zealand and Lourdes is now official. A lighter tubeset which is claimed to be 2-pounds lighter than the previous pulse is reconfigured with new geometry to make for one sexy rig.
Mike Jones, Sam Hill, and Joe Smith have been testing the new prototype since last fall. The aluminum frame is outfitted with 27.5-inch wheels, a 62-degree head angle, 440mm chainstays, 1232mm wheelbase, and 425mm reach for team riders. It weighs 8.1-pounds. Expect more details at Eurobike later this year. Watch the bike in action here.
