QUALIFYING SLIDESHOW - Snowshoe World Cup Downhill

View as: Slideshow | One Page
Intro Text

Loic Bruni, second-fastest qualifier at the Snowshoe, West Virginia, World Cup Downhill calls it the "anti-flow" track. Long, slick rock sections with a mellow pitch suck momentum away with every mistake, and the best mountain bike racers in the world are struggling to figure it out. With the overall series championship on the line for the Elite classes, this is the perfect venue for an upset or mental domination. A flawless top-to-bottom run is required. The question is which rider will pull it off on race day. Sven, Boris and Dan drop the shots.
