Race seven of eight on the 2019 UCI World Cup Mountain Bike Downhill calendar is complete. Taking place in Lenzerheide, Switzerland, Amaury Pierron took his 3rd victory of the year and guaranteed the overall race will continue into the final race in West Virginia a month from now. Loic Bruni, the series leader rode conservatively for a third place with Greg Minnaar squeezing in between the young blood for 2nd. Marine Cabirou takes her second victory in as many races in the Elite Women's class. First-time winner, Seth Sherlock goes fastest in the Junior Men's class by just .462 seconds and Vali Holl dominates the Junior Women (and every other woman in any class today) with a 30-second win.
