We know, we know - these aren't the latest and the greatest SM-RT99 rotors with radiator fins, but we'll have them for testing soon enough. When they are available, expect them in a 203mm, centerlock version only. Just like the brake pads, the fins help cool the system. Shimano was pumped when they told us that the new rotors are 50 degrees cooler running than the standard Ice Tech rotors shown here. In practice, that means less fade, more stopping, and longer pad life. The new rotors are made by sandwiching aluminum between stainless steel. They're the same thickness as always, so older Saint users can upgrade. They'll retail for $129.99 and weigh 173g each.
