Introducing the SRAM GX drivetrain.

SRAM's XX1 group was the first to really allow riders to ditch the front derailleur thanks to a super wide range 10-42 tooth cassette and some interesting technologies. GX continues in that direction.

Thanks to some changes in materials, increased demand, and lower manufacturing costs, the GX group is more affordable than any other 1X SRAM drivetrain.

If you're among the few who still feel the need for two chainrings up front, GX is also offered in 2x11 and 2x10 configurations. We're fans of the 1X system with its 420% gear range.

Got to love the trickle down! GX features all the things we love about SRAM's setup, like MatchMaker compatibility.

The same technologies XX1 is known for are integrated into GX, like SRAM's industry first X-Sync tooth profile that helps keep the chain on.

Though expensive, SRAM's 10-42 tooth cassette gave 1X drivetrains a huge boost in gear range while remaining lightweight.

The new Full Pin cassette uses 11 lightweight, stamped steel cogs held together with 123 high-strength stainless steel pins.

"You get what you pay for." Luckily the price for something great just got a whole lot lower.

Who's it for? SRAM says the beauty of GX is that it's for everyone. A complete 1x11 setup starts at $564.
