I think (me thinks so anyway) l saw the Severe on Bec McConnells insta as well. Looks interesting. Doesn't look terribly innovative but if it's good enough for the pros it's probably good enough for me.
There is a new Ellsworth Truth coming. I know Ellsworth gets some crap and frankly l Don't know why. Their bikes seem to perform great. They use to have really cool anodized finishes on their alloy frames back in the day. Wanted an Ellsworth hardtail almost as much as a Dagger https://bikerumor.com/pro-bike-check-chelsey-magness-wins-24-hr-solo-wo…

And are we totally sure that he's fully retired? It sure looks like he's somehow behind those new Intense prototypes... They have a very similar style.

New Marzocchi Bomber Air shock.
It seems to be very similar to a Fox Float X, but mirrored side to side and with a slightly offset and tilted reservoir. Found it in Marzocchi Germany's web shop.
Anybody else not that excited? All I want from Marzocchi is a long-travel coil fork, preferrably in an upside-down arrangement.
Coolest part about this is it presumably will have the performance of a float x, but seems to get lsc and rebound while the cheap float x gets a lockout and rebound.
With modern bikes I’d much rather have low speed compression than a lockout, especially the lockout on the float x that makes it so stiff its really only useful on roads.

They do. The session has it as well. It's a way to add some more torsional rigidity to a rocker link without a bridge connecting the sides. Not even near the rigidity of that solution as it's only the... 10, maybe 12 mm axle resisting the torsion, but better than nothing.
I'm guessing it's done this way because of space constrains (top tube and seat tube filling the space between the two rocker plates), but it is a cheap and effective way to tie the sides together as opposed to something like square axle ends and the like.

There is an ad for this on pb this morning, but no press releases yet. Strange. I'm very curious about high performance air shocks for 120mm downcountry bikes.

That bike has a concentric main pivot. Even with the midpoint Horst pivot, it probably has incredibly low antisquat and rearwar travel. A big thumbs down from me.
A concentric pivot on a multilink bike is not the same as on a single pivot bike. You need to look closelier to determine the characteristics. After all, the old Demo was concentric as well (but the chainstay pivot was very low).
Given both links are almost parallel at zero travel (infinitely far away IC), the top one being shorter, the IC will travel backwards towards the front triangle. Given the orientation of the links at zero travel, you can imagine how high the IC will be. And with that it's not impossible to figure out what the antisquat values will be like.
This is just looking at the bike, I could be grossly wrong with this rambling of course (I'm sure someone will model the bike and provide hard data).
@Jon probably something custom, like Trek has usually done? Maybe some more air volume to move the sealhead higher up to package some thru-shaft technology without the damper shaft poking into the frame, like on current ones?
Does (off)road.cc really not provide anything larger than a 640px wide image?? (looked at some other articles to try to sniff out a full size URL off the google cache site).

Dave Earle should write a book, "1001 ways around the DW-Link patent". This abomination looks just like his "mid-pivot" M-Link design he licensed to Fuji, Breezer, etc.

Yes, the older Demo suffered from the same design and it too had extremely low antisquat. Its super low horst link pivots helped, but this Ellsworth is going to have even less.

Tony’s crimes against cycling are well documented. Also this;

New TQ motor with a 360wh battery and around 18.4 kg for a high spec build
Though the last photo I'm not 100% certain if my eyes sees a pinch bolt?

Now a days you have to dig into the MTBR archives to read about how Tony was right and all his customers were wrong…
