On a podcast with Rob Roskopp last year (downtime?) he talked about how he was riding the Unno ebike, and how good it was.
Was there ever any follow up on this? Rob had just been let go from SC, and was talking about some amazing tech for ebikes (my best guess is some regen braking or different fuel/battery) but I havn't seen anything about him or the idea since.
I'm not sure I believe the rumors about Dak Norton and Ronan Dunne on Unno. It seems highly unlikely.

Unno doesn't strike me as the kind of company who could afford a DH race team if even brands like GT have to start slashing the budget. Additionally, they don't even have a DH-bike as of right now.

Unno is all over his Insta, IIRC there was a bunch of chat the first time he posted it (right after he and SC "parted ways" which also caused a lot of chatter): https://www.instagram.com/rob_roskopp/
Seen Greenland and Brosnan hanging out together a lot. Brosnan was on a Hightower.
Brosnan to Syndicate?
That'd be wild, I figured Brosnan as a lifer with Canyon, and for SC to afford 5 very high profile riders would be shocking given the climate of the bike industry nowadays
Since that isn’t Nukeproof the brand, I’m betting we will see that team pick up a new frame sponsor, which most are eluding to being GT, with possibly having Wyn involved somehow?

More referring to dunne being there, but the fact they tagged bluegrass in the comments and no mention of nukeproof could suggest a frame swap

Someone said that one major team will split in 2 with the same frame brand. Would it be syndicate with Troy and Laurie on the new team and on SC ?

Thought she was gone? No idea but that idea seems pretty dumb to have two teams. Unless it’s like Moto where you have a separately owned team that runs a lites team.

Loris appears to be in Southern California testing suspension with Trek so it looks like he's riding for them in 2024 despite rumors he was a bit unhappy. Didn't he sign for the '21 season? Usually contracts are 2-3 years which would mean he's on a contract year unless he resigned (odd no announcement) or he originally signed for 4 years.

Wasn't that b/c the Trek pits were a ghost town at one point because of all the injuries so there wasn't a positive vibe. They had a huge support contingent but no racers. Loris was just doing solo laps?

Has it been discussed the rumours of Jill kintner moving over to Yeti?
She's connected to the Forge and Bond company so maybe it's a F&B/Yeti program or something for her.
i would have thought he'd be riding a Bronson
Mate only thing I can see coming from this is either Greg leaving and Brosnan becoming the high end 'veteran' or Troy was borrowing Loz's bike

He was running schwalbe when riding for claudio at velosolutions…..
Someone said that one major team will split in 2 with the same frame brand. Would it be syndicate with Troy and Laurie on the new team and on SC ?
SC North America & SC World teams? I could see Jackson and Pinky as the N.A. team and Laurie and Troy the World team.
Nina?

Nevermind. I was thinking of Val.
Continental Nukeproof --> Schwalbe GT
So another Commencal team?
I wouldn't Trek as far as the Pyrenees for that answer

Everybody in here saying this might be a hint at Yeti. But there's actually another brand with a Sasquatch in their logo. It's Kona
Could also apply to any PNW company.... Norco?

Doubtful, considering they discontinued the Operator almost two years ago. Although I've always loved that logo of bigfoot throwing the shaka.
thought you knew everything?
I don't think with the issues they've been having, that kona has budget to run any sort of team
Say kids, what time is it?

Sounds like Minnar to Norco has some legs. Wow.
Cheers @georgethompson
Listening now whilst making the groms their dinner.
