Safe to say it's going to be a wet few days of riding and racing. The EDR peeps might get the worst of it on Friday. It's tough to call it right now how it will be for DH on Sunday.

Latest from accuweather and a couple of other sites I looked at says dry, but with a possibility of thunderstorms in the afternoon. Hopefully if they come it'll be after the race. As ever hoping for a fair racing with similar conditions for all (and that juniors get to race this year).

Issue is the broadcasting timing of the women and the gap in the TV schedule created while the 30 non televised men race.
Televising and having the juniors racing on the same day is the best thing Disco have done to date. If that means having to trim down the numbers for the men's final, so be it.
45 may be a good compromise.
They just need to up the women's final field to 15 now.

Yeah that is a good point... but like, they have a god awful amount of filler between when the broadcast starts and when they actually show racing. Im sure they could pad some of that. Hell the XC has a decent break between the finish of the women's and the mens.
Also I just watch the replays the night of the race, so the gap between the races don't bug me, I just skip it. And since im the most important person in the room ;p

Haha! I'm not proud of the excel doc I make each round to weigh out my picks and how much time I spend moving names around. This weekend is going to be really interesting if race day is anything like today. Which I kinda hope it is as it's very entertaining to watch.

I think he's on a Rallon and not their e-less-e-bike for Enduro. At least that's what it looked like (and what he was racing in Enduro earlier this year).
He was definitely on the motor-removed tweaked ebike for Downhill, though!
It definitely sounds like he's moving on from this team. I wonder if he's going somewhere specific - I'm sure he has a ride by now - or if Orbea is discontinuing racing so was left to find something else.

Oh maybe they put... one of those bike diapers on the normal Rallon for A E R O or something. Thought its bike diaper was an empty motor cover. I feel bad for the enduro guys. Can be winning their races and still be told budget cuts are coming etc. Shitty times.

Top 30 men to qualify will race, top 10 women. Looks like a sneak preview for next year if the rumours are true.
