So is there any way you guys can put that Capra AL 2 in the outlet section, frame small, on hold? I could send you a box of beef jerky as collateral. Tryna sell my 2 bikes and make a few more bucks interning to add it up but time is not my friend. I'll even get the teriyaki kind.
@D3NN15M - We will throw some up once we get the 2016s in stock, the glossy gloss looks so good in real life but we just have those couple of frames right now.
2016 bikes are trickling in...first of 4 deliveries were dropped today. We will be shipping out all Capra aluminum, Capra carbon comp, and Tues AL bikes that were pre-orderd.
Okey so you said people not kids so it cant be the slopestyle proto. And people not coming home should suggest long rides. 29ers can be used for long rides. 29ers have monster truck wheels and http://www.wildmanjeff.com/ builds monster trucks
Is there any way to modify the specs on bikes being ordered? Looking at a Capra al comp 1 and was wondering if there is any way to get a few different components. Thanks!

Give me a banana for trying
We keep a bushel of bananas at the office, come by and snag one some time. You can take a Capra or Tues out for a rip afterwards.

Unfortunately, we are not able to do any part swaps on bikes. They arrive to our Reno office as complete bikes and ship them out as such. Out of curiosity, what parts would you like to see done differently?
Sound cool, i want a new Tues but been waiting for my warranty claim for 2 months now (Germany office)
Dont know how you procces warrant claims but this one has been strange
XT or Saint breaks would be my big one but besides that because you are a direct order company it would be cool to implement a system that you could choose different individual parts, say you want to run high end fox but don't want X01 with it, say maybe only X1 or GX. I feel like YT's direct sales method would work well with having the options to choose components. Thank you for the quick response!

That is a bummer man, I am sure that Germany will get you taken care of.
Any plans on selling frames in the future? The Tues in particular.
We do not have any plans to sell any of the bikes as a frame-only. Completes only for now. Considering you can get a complete, 2015 Tues CF Comp for less than the price of other brand's frames; we'd like to think our customers have some solid options...

We hear what you are saying and on the outside, it makes total sense. One of the (several) reasons our prices are so low is because we do not do customizations. Buying build kits and selling complete bikes "as-is" keeps our bike prices down and saves y'all in the end. Thank you for taking the time to offer your input.
In your experience, are the Guide RSC brakes speced on the Tues CF Pro really powerful enough for DH? I've seen many other companies doing the same thing, but I am still skeptical that they can compete with Shimano Saint, Shimano Zee, Hope Tech 3 V4 or even Avid Code brakes for DH.

It is an objective fact that Guide brakes are not as powerful as Codes or Saint, we can all agree on that.
Are the Guide RSC powerful enough? Certainly. They are the same brakes that Mikey Sylvestri used to take 2nd at National Champs and pretty much melt faces everywhere he rides. They are also the same brakes that Zink and the rest of us here at YT run on our own bikes.
Hey YT, any status update, have you received the new batch / shipment of Capra's targeted for early April delivery?
Yo bud, you should have received an email from us regarding this, sorry if that isn't the case. The order was delayed by a couple of weeks and will be here in a few weeks from now. We will keep you posted on any updates. If you need more specific info, hit us up at service@ytindustries-usa.com

Hey Talfind,
Don't know if you settled on a Tues yet, but in terms of the brakes they are less powerful than Codes or Saints but that's a good thing! They actually modulate between 'I want to slow down a little over these ugly wet rocks' and 'holy crap save me' rather than nothing-then-suddenly-everything-wheel-locking-power in 0.5mm of pull (I'm looking at you Saint's). I've since run Guides on every MTB I own.
Our shipment of Capra Pro Race bikes is due to arrive in Reno tomorrow morning and we are going to ship those bad boys out ASAP! Good times are coming (again.)
Hello YT!
I am very patiently awaiting a JEFFSY AL comp2 and was given a shipment date of 6/15/16. I am just wondering how on target that date is. Also is that the date they get to you in Reno or when it will be shipped out to me? Thx!
Well after posting a thread about buying from LBS a few days ago, my buddies told me to buy this so I can be the "test mule" so what the heck! Anyways still sketched out about buying online. I know I need a large so sizing is on point but what comes in the box? Air pump, bottomless tokens? Anyway to get a AL comp 1 on the bike outlet?
Thanks!

How about it @YT USA? I'm also (im)patiently awaiting the arrival of my new Jeffsy AL comp1. Have a trip planned for next weekend to try it out. Do you have a status update for us?
