Guys, it's all on you not to hit immovable objects, but it is also on the bike park facility to assume with reasonable certainly that riders can and will crash. Removing all potential problem spots may be impossible, but adding them, as in the rebar mentioned above, or the 4x4 signpost involved in Ski Bowl's lawsuit, should be done with the utmost attention to safety. It seems a court found out in this particular lawsuit that that was not the case.

I've had lawyers contact me on behalf of my medical insurance. They are looking to clean me out of a portion of any monies I may have received as a result of litigation for accidents. Look dude, I didn't sue anyone or collect any money; I just went in to get an x-ray from my MTB crash!
