Sprockets that I´ve been making for a while. Sizes vary from 25 to 31 tooth. Full guards can be fitted on the 25t and 27t sizes.
.
Sprockets are made of 7075 T6 aluminum, the best stuff there is for that purpose. Other than sprockets I´ve been doing bash rings, chainguides, custom rear axles and other small stuff.
If the demand is adequate, I might make a small batch of titanium sprockets. However, the price will go up for those, since the higher price of titanium.

My friend Jason Moulding figured out that you can put an Odessy one piece driver, all the way down to 9 tooth, on most generic (Woodman,Specialised, Novara, etc.) single speed, disk hubs, by just swapping out the bearings and appropriate spacers. He runs the tightest, lightest drivetrain that I've ever seen with a 9 tooth rear and an 18 tooth, nano-drive sprocket. Personally, it's hard to find 180mm nano cranks, so I run an 11-22 on 180 Profile cranks.
