I would be surprised to see Yeti sign a UK based, experienced rider. Doesn't seem to fit their mould of bringing up young riders in their devo programs to eventually take the stage on their Factory / branch teams.

With Martin's connections, I'm hoping he helped them find something...
Good point here! Martin always takes care of his riders! I might've said this before, but after Global Racing was done and G-Cross Honda only had limited places that first year (Cyrille Kurtz alongside Greg Minnaar), Matti Lehikoinen and Justin Havukainen were without team, but not without support. As far as I know, Martin backed them up personally and they rode black Oakley gear, Matti on an Orange 224 and Justin on an Intense M1. I would assume they also got help from Honda, SRAM or Shimano mechanics, but I also remember talking to Martin that year and one thing he told me was that, if there is a need for that, his riders can work on their own bikes. I don't know if this applies to all the riders he took care of during the years, but it speaks volumes about team culture. Although he has done tons for our sport, Martin is probably one of the most underrated people in the World Cup and I tip my hat to him!
Now let's see where this rumours mill brings us! Luca really on Canyon? Syndicate really on Fox clothing? Meow?
Now that I mention this Syndicate/Fox thing, I remember that Fox has always been a technical clothing sponsor for the Syndicate since like... forever and they have been always listed as such, regardless of the personal gear sponsors of the riders. Not to mention the Nor-Cal connection!
That's Charlie Hatton. Looks like Laurie is just saying he is still on Fox and RedBull. Laurie and Charlie lives pretty close so probably not unusual for them to ride together?
yeah, but what if? like how often do you see a redbull athlete with a non redbull branded helmet?
that‘s totally normal. laurie probably didn‘t want to trash one of his nice RB helmets in that slop/mudfest. i‘ve seen some RB-athlets do that before when they are out riding with some buddies. also probably wanted to be a bit undercover on his new ride since there wasn‘t any official announcement. could be a bit hard with a RB-helmet in the UK
Andreane Lanthier Nadeau to them from Rocky Mountain
Waht!? No, highly doubt it. Her latest post says farewell to a rough 2021 and looking forward to a great 2022. With pics of her on the current bike and kit. I really really doubt this. If true my heart would be broken. ALN, Jesse and Remi are probably the best crew out there in all of mountain biking, DH and Enduro.

Hatton's latest video with filmed by Joe Breeden too.
Payson McElveen on Allied Cycleworks (I saw this one coming with as much time as he's been spending in Bentonville).
Hopefully this means they're going to expand into the mountain bike world with an MTB frame... but I'm not holding my breath. They're doing pretty well in the groadie world.

The other guy in the picture is Oli Morris who coaches MS Mondraker. I've had coaching from him and he's said he isn't going anywhere. He was also the manager of the Intense UK team when Charlie and Joe were riding for them.

Yeti are probably seeing a good opportunity to win the team competition if Kasper also moves up to the pro team?
I believe Kasper was on a different pro team with Graves last year. Not the yeti development team. As far as I understand they had two factory teams last year Graves/Wolley on one up and Rude/Neer sponsored by Fox.
Syndicaye dropping hints. I see Redbull and a Hockey jersey in there (Vancouver Canucks?)

The backwards cap face does look like it could be Hoffmann from here: https://www.pinkbike.com/news/bike-check-nina-hoffmanns-juliana-she-10…
Plus we all know "the stripes"
Bear, gold stone, redbull hat, raindow stripes = Goldstone.
KITT = Hoffmann
Goat eye, raindow stripes = Minnaar
Loose RB hat = Greenland
Nothing Fox (clothing) jumping ut at me. EDIT, tell a lie, the Fox logo is in there on the 2nd image, under the big 'E'
Quick bit of Photoshop. It matches
