Vital DH Fantasy Rules - Play for Free
- Build a new race team for every round of the World Cup Downhill and World Championships in 2026.
- Teams can't be built unless a game is open.
- Games open when the official qualifying start list for the round is published by the UCI.
- Games close for team building before DH finals start time (local race time).
- $1,000,000 budget per race.
- Teams must have at least one rider from Elite Men, Elite Women, Junior Men, and Junior Women's classes.
- Teams my be adjusted or alterered at any time when the game is open.
- No team size limit.
- Teams built from a previous round will not be carried over to the next round. Failure to build a new team before the game closes results in an auto-selected team built using a maximum of $750,000.
- Prizes will be awarded each round to the Top 3 players.
- There are no prizes for season overall results

Rider Values
- Vital Fantasy rider values change from race to race.
- The value of a rider is determined by their past results from both previous seasons and previous races.
Vital Fantasy Points Structure
- Points in Vital Fantasy match the UCI Mountain Bike World Series structure.
- Points are only awarded to riders with finishes in the finals.
- There will be no fantasy points awarded for qualifying results.
- 2026 World Championships Fantasy game will use the same points structure as a World Cup race. World Champs Vital DH Fantasy game closes BEFORE Elite qualifying, but after Junior.
Points Breakdown
THE UCI CHANGED THE POINTS BREAKDOWN AT SOUTH KOREA WITHOUT NOTICE. The 2026 South Korea Fantasy game was scored with the same points displayed on the official results sheets. In 2025, Elite winners would receive 250 pts. At South Korea, they received 200. The entire points table is different this year. We will update the table below to reflect the changes soon.

What if something happens like the Junior qualifier in Loudenvielle being used as the final or Andorra finals being canceled in 2023? If race results are adjusted due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, Vital Fantasy results will match the official UCI results.
Leagues
The Global League is used to award prizes to Fantasy players. For extra fun, players can create their own leagues to play directly with friends. Leagues can be private (password protected) or open for anyone to join.
Results
- Results will be posted as quickly after the race as possible.
- If there is a points tie between players, the earliest prediction based on our system's time stamp wins.
- Winners will be contacted via the email address used on their Vital profile.
- Prize winners may be required to pay shipping, duties, tariffs, or other charges depending on location.
