Super stoked on how this paint job came out. This was a paint job I have wanted to try for a while and I finally decided to give it a shot. This was a full blown garage paint job, rattle cans and all.

Better Bolts brought it home with titanium hardware head to toe on this build.

Huge shoutout to RideWrap for sending out a full kit for this bike to keep it looking fresh!

I just did a rattle can job. With proper prep and cleanliness it comes out looking just as good as the real deal. For the black I used Funcils black acrylic paint pens and they worked out great. Gave everything a satin clear coat and RideWrap sent over a full kit to keep everything protected. There is a full YouTube video of the paint job and build on the Better Bolts YouTube channel. 

 

As far as sanding I just scuffed the factory paint, got through most of the factory clear and then stopped. Didn't see the need to go back to raw carbon and to be honest that only would have created more issues.
