MTB Mobility Routine

Follow along with this whole body MTB mobility routine.

Improved mobility gives you freedom to move around on the mountain bike, the potential to ride pain free, and will let you build a rock solid position for descending your local trails. In this video we will hit some key mobility areas for mountain bike riders and racers:

  • Ankle
  • Hip
  • Upper Back (Thoracic Spine)

As well as holding static positions and stretches, there are flowing parts to the session, keeping you feeling supple and light on your MTB.
