Overview:

Guerrilla Gravity is looking for a Rider Support Manager to handle our B2C service and sales. We’re still a startup and for that reason this job has many hats you’ll need to wear. You’ll mainly be in charge of slingin’ bikes and customer service, but this could include ensuring deadlines are met, building the bikes, identifying new sales channels, helping a walk-in customer fix their cruiser bike, designing an email marketing campaign, shipping out a bolt, sweeping the floor, traveling across the country in the Crush Bus, etc.

I (Will) currently handle all the sales, customer service, and marketing (in addition to the other business-y stuff) and I need a hand. You and I will be working together to increase our sales reach and capacity, while also ensuring that our awesome customer service remains as such.

Your experience and performance on the job will dictate the mix of day-to-day tasks and long term direction of this position.

Must-haves:


  • Desire to make mountain biking more awesome
  • High attention to detail in everything you do, including spelling and grammar
  • Ability to problem solve independently (the Google must be strong with you)
  • Outgoing and personable
  • Perseverance and persistence (without being annoying)
  • Helpful, yet persuasive
  • Insatiable appetite for learning and improvement
  • Basic bike mechanic know-how: tuning drivetrains, truing wheels, basic tune-ups, etc.
  • Familiarity with mountain bike components and brands
  • Comfortable with using “technology” and database entry
  • Ability to learn and talk about technical details
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Passion for riding mountain bikes and goin’ fast
  • Located in Denver Metro Area (position is based out of our shop)
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • Willingness to travel up to 35 days/year

  • Photo and video experience
  • Engineering and/or design experience
  • Knowledge of the components and brands available to riders
  • Familiarity with competitors’ products Industry familiarity and/or experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 85 days/year
  • Advanced bike mechanic skills: bleeding brakes, building wheels, suspension overhauls, etc.
