I already wanted one in 1998, when I first saw it! It was in a German mag and I remember the pictured well: red, with BoXXer, XTR V-brakes and WTB TyrannoRaptors.

Oh the memories, mine was black with  polished rear swing arm and the mighty carbon Pace Monster forks up front, I sold it to Rob Jarman to compete in what was then the European Championship Final after he cracked his swing arm and Santa Cruz could supply a replacement in time.
